i got this free through a their Facebook advertisement. It's quiet a nice little bundle. i never went this deep into shaving. i only used an electric razor, which satisfied me because it was quick and simple. So i went to the store and picked up my little bundle. the pieces are a indeed small, but as the package says, it's only a starter kit. it's a perfect set to get people interested in shaving properly and has instructions on the back. After trying out the whole bundle, it certainly feels much more smoother in comparison to using an electric shaver.

I have been using Art of Shaving shaving soap for the past 4 months and wanted to try their shaving cream and brush. Bottom line, I prefer to use the shaving soap over the shaving cream. The cream creates too much sticky residue on the razor that takes extra effort to clean off in between strokes. The soap doesn't. The travel brush is pretty much useless, like the full size brush much more. After shave cream is nice and will continue to use. I don't find it necessary to use the pre shave oil unless I have not shaved for a week. This kit is priced well so you can try out the products for yourself.
