I RECEIVED AND LOVE MY NEW CUISINART FOOD PROCESSOR, HOWEVER IT WAS SENT WITHOUT A SPATULA AS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE BOX. NOT A BIG DEAL REALLY BUT WHEN I CONTACTED CUISINART THEY SAID THAT IT WAS NOT THEIR PROBLEM, THAT I SHOULD CONTACT AMAZON BECAUSE THAT IS WHO I BOUGHT IT FROM. I FELT THAT THAT WAS AN UNFRIENDLY RESPONSE. I HAVE HAD SO MANY WONDERFUL TRANSACTIONS FROM AMAZON THAT I FEEL BAD THAT CUISINART HAS PASSED THIS ALONG TO THEM. AFTERALL IT WAS CUISINART THAT PACKED THE BOX!!!

Having three separate bowls is indeed a plus! I often make scones and it works great for chopping the nuts, mixing the wet ingredients, and then adding them to the flour. I also love the storage box as with my old Cuisinart, the blades were in a basket in my cupboard. This has a lot of power and the retractable cord is a nice feature. Bought one for each of my three kids and they love theirs, too.

My new cuisinart is wonderful. Having the shallow, smaller bowl for small jobs is a convenient option to have. It's easier to remove a small amount of food from this bowl than it would be to remove from the large bowl. It's fairly quiet given the size and power, and it's very sharp looking. I don't keep it out on my counter but I kind of want to! I am glad that I splurged for the Elite model.
